A human bone is found in a partially completed development in outer Reykjav\u00edk. Alternating between chapters about the history of the club and area it is located with stories of matches attended, this book looks at one of the worlds most famous supporters culture. 288 pages. (Inspector Erlendur #5) A reclusive man who lives alone in a hotel basement is found murdered right before Christmas. Erlendur has to find out about this man who no one knows to discover who and why he was killed. 368 pages. When he is asked to fix the bosses wife things go sideways. 224 pages. (Finished 4 May 15).<\/li>\n<li><em>Fika: The Art of\u00a0The Swedish Coffee Break, with Recipes for Pastries, Breads, and Other Treats<\/em> by\u00a0Anna Brones and Johanna Kindvall. The Swede&#8217;s do coffee break right, taking time to slow things down, have a cup of coffee or tea and eat a pastry. This cookbook covers some of the history of the tradition as well as provides recipes for both traditional and modern <em>fika<\/em> treats. 168 pages. (Finished 5 May 15).<\/li>\n<li><em>Arctic Chill<\/em>\u00a0by Arnaldur Indri\u00f0ason. (Inspector Erlendur #7). A young boy is found stabbed in a garden. The boy is half Thai, half Icelandic and the police suspect that race may have played a factor. At the same time Erlendur is still trying to find a missing wife whose disappearance has been written off as a suicide. 344 pages. When her friend gives Erlendur a recording of the woman attending a s\u00e9ance, Erlendur begins to investigate the woman&#8217;s death unofficially on his own. 304 pages. (Finished 29 May 15).<\/li>\n<li><em>Outrage<\/em>\u00a0by\u00a0Arnaldur Indri\u00f0ason (Inspector Erlendur #9).\u00a0A man is found murdered in his apartment wearing a woman&#8217;s t-shirt and having recently had sex. With Erlendur off visiting the demons of his youth, his colleague El\u00ednborg takes the lead trying to find his killer. 288 pages. (Finished 04 Jun 15).<\/li>\n<li><em>Black Skies<\/em>\u00a0by\u00a0Arnaldur Indri\u00f0ason (Inspector Erlendur #10). While Erlendur is busy visiting his childhood home, and El\u00ednborg is busy with the case of the murdered man. Sigurdur gets involved in a case that involves a childhood friend when he turns up at a crime scene of a women freshly beaten by a debt collector.\u00a0330\u00a0pages. (Finished 07 Jun 15).<\/li>\n<li><em>California<\/em>\u00a0by Edan Lepucki. Los Angeles is a crumbling ruin after numerous earthquakes have destroyed good portions of the city. The rest of the US (and world) isn&#8217;t much better after other catastrophic events. Money is essential a thing of the past except for the super rich who now live in &#8220;Communities.&#8221; Cal and Frida leave LA for the wilderness to try and survive on their own. Soon they meet other settlers and learn more about the new world around them. 393 pages.
