This to me is a tribute of deep love and beauty - that the cherry blossom's sole purpose in blooming would be to capture her essence.

The power of scent! Reminds me of the movie "The Scent of a Woman". I felt the pathos and feeling of her.
I have such 'scent' filled memories too.

Scent is so very evocative.

Scents bring back so many memories and easily bring us closer to those we love, if only in thought.
